Wildway terms and conditions

  1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Wildway S.L. ("Wildway", "We", "Us"). By using our website (wildwayhospitality.com) or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Wildway provides access to unique, premium outdoor lodging and related services. “You” refers to the individual making the booking or anyone for whom the booking is made. “Guests” includes all individuals named or present for a stay.

  2. What we offer

    Wildway offers curated nature-based stays in properties designed to help you disconnect and recharge. Our accommodations are self-contained and typically booked for three-night experiences unless otherwise arranged. Each location is thoughtfully selected to balance comfort, privacy, and immersion in nature.

  3. Booking

    By making a booking, you agree to pay all fees associated with your stay, including any selected add-ons. Upon confirmation, a contract is formed between you and Wildway. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the booking details, cancellation policy, and any property-specific rules.

  4. Arrival and departure

  • Check-in is from 3pm; check-out is by 11am unless stated otherwise.

  • Please leave the property clean and remove waste responsibly.

  • Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if the property is left in poor condition or if items are missing.

  • Left items can be returned for a fee. Wildway is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.

    5. Guest responsibilities

  • No smoking inside the property.

  • You are liable for any damage caused by you or your guests.

  • Open flames (e.g. candles) are not permitted except for designated fireplace use.

  • Commercial photography, drone use, or external guests require prior written permission from Wildway.

    6. Cancellations and amendments

    Guest-initiated changes:

  • Free cancellation or reschedule up to 28 days before arrival.

  • Between 14–28 days: eligible for voucher or reschedule.

  • Less than 14 days: no refund.

  • Bookings within 14 days include a 48-hour grace period for free changes.

Wildway-initiated changes:

  • If we must amend or cancel your stay, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or refund.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our control including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

    7. Property use

  • Properties must only be used by the guests listed at booking.

  • No additional visitors allowed without prior consent.

  1. Insurance

    We recommend guests obtain travel insurance. Wildway accepts no responsibility for personal property loss, damage, or injury during your stay.

  2. Liability

    Wildway’s liability is limited to services explicitly booked through us. We are not liable for indirect losses or third-party services.

  3. Intellectual property

    All content, branding, and materials on our site are owned by Wildway and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

  4. Communications

    All notices must be in writing. Email notices are valid when a read receipt or delivery confirmation is obtained. Contact us at info@wildwayhospitality.com.

  6. Law and jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in courts in Madrid, Spain.
